What happens?
Symbolizing harmony, peace, and gentle love in the language of flowers or hanakotoba, autumn-blooming cosmos set the scene for 138 Tower Park’s autumn festival. Fields of cosmos in shades of pink, white, and red reach their peak, typically, in early October.

Highlights 2025
- October 11–13 and 18–19: Help care for the cosmos fields by removing dead flowers.
- October 12: Learn basic survival skills like how to build a shelter (prior registration required).
- October 13: Enjoy live jazz performances.
- October 26: Join a guided session introducing constellations.
- October 31: Halloween Tower Light-up – see the 138-metre tower illuminated in Halloween colours.
How to get there
From Nagoya Station, take the JR Tōkaidō Main Line to Ichinomiya Station (about 10 minutes on a rapid service). From there, transfer to a Meitetsu Bus bound for 138 Tower Park (about 20 minutes) and get off at the park entrance.
Alternatively, you can take the Meitetsu Nagoya Line to Shin-Kisogawa Station and reach the park by bus in around 15 minutes.
