If your beer routine has been mostly konbini lagers, then this is your upgrade.
What happens?
Belgian Beer Weekend Osaka brings over 80 Belgian beers to Nakanoshima Park, ranging from crisp wheat beers and golden strong ales to rich Trappist brews and sour lambics.
Expect to find unfiltered beers, top-fermenting yeasts, bottle conditioning, and funky yeast strains that add spice, fruit, or even a hint of clove or banana. While many beers clock in at 6–10% ABV (or higher), you’ll also find a good range of low-alcohol fruit beers. For the complete list, see here.
There will also be food available for purchase, and live music to set the mood.
Tickets 2025
Admission is free, but you’ll need to buy a glass and tokens to enjoy the beer and food. The Starter Set is a solid deal at ¥3,700 (presale, available until 4 p.m. on May 21), which includes the official event glass and 13 tokens. The regular price is ¥3,990, so buying ahead saves you a few hundred yen.
Extra thirsty? Additional tokens are ¥230 each. If you bring your glass back on another day, just grab more tokens and keep going —- no need to repurchase the set.
Organizers may cancel events, alter schedules, or change admission requirements without notice. Always check official sites before heading to an event.Add to Calendar
