Universal Studios Japan’s annual smash-hit summer event returns with an immersive experience celebrating the Straw Hat Pirates and their quest for freedom.
What to expect
This year’s One Piece Premier Summer promises exciting attractions that bring the beloved anime series to life.
For the first time in 12 years, the Kuja Pirates make their highly anticipated return to the main One Piece Premier Show. The venue will transform into a massive battleground with intense stunt action, special effects, and the largest number of pyrotechnics in the show’s history. Signature audience-participation elements and up-close character greetings are also back.
On top of that, the One Piece x Story Ride will see guests board a ship floating on island clouds alongside the Straw Hat Pirates on a thrilling adventure to Elbaf, the Island of Giants.
Collaboration menus and exclusive merch will also be available throughout the event.
Schedule
One Piece Premier Summer 2026 will run from July 30 to November 19, 2026.

Another thing you can’t miss are the express passes. If waiting in queues for hours on end isn’t for you, skip the lines on the most popular rides with the Express Pass 4 and Express Pass 7. These let you skip the queues for your choice of up to 4 or 7 rides, respectively. A must-have if you’re looking to make the most of your time here.
