Have a springtime stroll through the world of Studio Ghibli.
What happens?
Ghibli Park hosts the Spring Dondoko Festival with a range of themed events spread out across a month. Some require advance lottery applications, while others can be enjoyed even without a Ghibli Park ticket.
Expect marching band performances in Witch’s Valley, pottery at Mononoke Village, traditional tie-dyeing workshops, and a spring nature event inspired by Boro the Caterpillar. There’s also a mini broom-making workshop in the Okino Residence, a sketching competition led by animation and watercolor artists, and live performances across the park.
Throughout the festival period, a stamp rally runs around both Ghibli Park and Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park. No ticket is required to participate in the rally.
