This limited-time Square Enix collaboration café serves character-themed food and drinks, plus there’s exclusive merch.
What to expect
The first collaboration celebrates the 25th anniversary of Final Fantasy IX, with rotating menus inspired by characters and story moments. Expect playful, photo-ready dishes, color-coded character drinks, and random novelty items (placemats and coasters).
Schedule
There are two periods. The first goes from Feb. 13 to Mar. 2, while the second extends from Mar. 3 to 18. The menu rotates.
Seating is 90 minutes and comes with a cover charge that includes a drink and a placemat.
Hours go from 12 to 8 p.m. on weekdays, and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekends.
Tickets
Advance reservations are recommended for the café space. The cover charge of ¥1,200 includes one drink and one random placemat. One additional food or drink order per person is required.
The merchandise area is free to enter.
How to get there
From Osaka Station, take the JR Osaka Loop Line (outer loop) to Tennoji Station (about 20 minutes). From Tennoji, it’s roughly a 5–10 minute walk to Anda no Mori Osaka Tennoji Tower (3F), the café venue.
