Tano Town is bringing the beat back.
What happens?
The community comes together for a series of thundering taiko drum performances, from the Ame Taiko Preservation Society’s powerful ensemble to the charming (and surprisingly impressive) rhythms of local kindergarteners.
There will be food stalls and performances throughout the night.
How to get there
From Miyazaki Station, take the Nippō Main Line headed for Nishi-Miyakonojo. Get off at Tano Station and walk about 20 minutes to the Tano Sports Park Multipurpose Square. The entire journey should take around 45 minutes.
Organizers may cancel events, alter schedules, or change admission requirements without notice. Always check official sites before heading to an event.
