teamLab Forest is a digital art exhibition in Fukuoka. Designed by the same art collective as teamLab Planets in Tokyo, Forest is an immersive experience for the whole family.
Check out all the other teamLab art exhibits in Japan in this dedicated mega guide.
teamLab Forest has two sections. In Catching and Collecting Forest, visitors can use their smartphones to take photos of different animals they find as they explore a series of colorful worlds. Athletics Forest, meanwhile, is more active — imagine a very artistic obstacle course.
