Also called “Jigokudani Free Parking”, this a parking lot located adjacent to Kanbayashi Onsen. This is the main parking lot for accessing the Jigokudani Monkey Park.

Jigokudani Parking is closer to the park, but there is a ¥500 charge and it is closed during winter. The main parking lot is free of charge.

Between the parking lot and the trail head, Enza restaurant offers snacks and refreshments throughout the year. There is no food allowed in the monkey park, so eat or drink here first before or after your walk to the park.
