Not a conventional park, though there is some greenery, Rinku Park sits by the waterfront and offers a peaceful place to relax and watch the world go by.
In the park, you can find two main monuments: Four Seasons Fountain and Love RINKu.
If you’d like to lock a heart-shaped padlock on the Love RINKu display, you’ll need to purchase one at the tourist information center at Rinku Town Station.
