A shopping mall in Rinku Town, Seacle offers everything from a food court to a Ferris wheel.
Inside the mall itself, you’ll find many Japanese brands including Seria (a ¥100 shop), a discount supermarket, drugstore, and other variety shops. There is also the bowling alley “Strikes” and the hot springs Rinku-no-Yu.
Rinku No Hoshi Ferris Wheel
Standing at 85 meters, this Ferris Wheel offers amazing views of Izumi Mountains, Senshu Plain, and Kansai International Airport.
At night, it lights up different colors. It costs ¥700 to ride, with the last ride of the day being at 8:45 p.m. (tickets must be purchased by 8:30 p.m.).
Rinku-no-Yu
Open from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. on weekdays and Saturdays — 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. on Sundays and public holidays — this place is known for its rock-salt hot springs. The rock salt itself is imported from India and is rich in natural minerals.
As well as the various indoor and outdoor baths, there is a dry sauna, relaxation room, and a room full with rock salts to lay on. Following your relaxation spree, you can head to the restaurant to try the famous “Akanbe” (red hotpot).
Prices start for as little as ¥680 for adults and ¥340 for children. There is an additional fee for renting a towel and face towel.
