AIN SOPH. Journey Kyoto is a branch of the AIN SOPH. vegan restaurant chain.
They serve up a range of burgers, curries, and salads, along with drinks and dessert — all of which are meat, egg, and dairy free. We recommend trying the store exclusive Organic Matcha Pancakes if you’re in the mood for something sweet.
As with all vegan spots in Japan, prices are a little high, but it’s good quality and officially vegan, so it’s worth the extra yen for the peace of mind alone.
