What’s ALOHA shirahama?
This small shack, with a few outdoor seats, offers a casual dining experience that will transport you to Hawaii. On the menu, you’ll find different types of loco-moco rice, vegan curries, and to top it off, a Rainbow Malasada Donut for those craving something sweet. Wash it all down with a Hawaiian Kona Beer (for ¥900).
On our visit, we tried the loco-moco rice with a beef patty, macaroni, and a fried egg on top (for ¥1,600). You can tell the owner/chef puts their heart and soul into the cooking, as it tasted so homely. The Hawaiian music in the background adds to the resort-style atmosphere.
