Cute café culture is everywhere, and Shirahama is no exception.
What’s AR?
This Korean-style café, decorated with a few K-pop posters, serves just about everything you could think of. Standout menu items include colorful cream sodas, dog-motif cakes (we personally loved the brownie), and lattes with your own photo printed right on top. Drink prices start from ¥400.
You can also enjoy lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. They serve a weekly plate which tends to be ¥1,000.
What to know before you visit AR
Do you need reservations for AR?
No, you can walk in. Just note that the café only has a few tables, and it’s located in a container-type building which requires walking up some stairs.
