What’s Dashibonzu?

Dashibonzu puts a creative spin on udon, using locally sourced meat, fish, and vegetables. Their Goto Udon, known for its signature smooth and springy texture, is a standout. All noodles are served in Dashibonzu’s original dashi stock, made with fresh, local ingredients. Two of the most popular udon dishes are the meat and burdock tempura udon (¥880) and the Nagasaki sea bream dashi udon (¥935).
In addition to their famous noodles, you can also enjoy fresh Nagasaki sashimi, rice bowls, and teshoku (set meals). Prices range from ¥495 to ¥1,320.
