A reasonably price bakery/cafe next to the Nozawa Tourist Information center and just across the road from the main Nozawaonsen bus terminal.
The cafe is built around a traditional kura storehouse. The tables are within the thick-walled kura itself, which is a rare chance to admire the architecture of these buildings which are not usually open to the public.
The cafe has an extensive coffee and sandwich menu along with some light meals. The coffee is of a better standard than many cafes in tourist areas.
Under COVID-19 restrictions, the experience is a little strange with all tables set-up with chairs facing the walls.
