Old-school cinemas are rare these days, but they're still around -- and there's no better example than this local spot in Shinsekai. Although some of the outside paintings and posters may have you questioning where you are entering, you will see what we mean -- this cinema plays some famous films from past and present (mostly past). The first viewing starts around 9:30 a.m. in the morning and the last one at 01:50 a.m. -- sometimes even later. Other things are shown in this theater, things not suitable for younger children. Pay attention and make sure to get the right ticket otherwise you might be viewing something else entirely!
