Heading to one of Japan’s best theme parks, Universal Studios Japan? If you want to get ahead of the game and run straight to the rides, getting your tickets through an authorized and international seller like Klook is the way to go.

Studio Pass

The Studio Pass is the base pass you’ll need to enter the park. There three types to choose from, with prices varying between adults and children:

  • 1-Day Pass – Child: ¥5,400 to ¥6,200book online
  • 1.5 Day Pass – Adult: ¥13,100
  • 1.5-Day Pass – Child: ¥8,600
  • 2-Day Pass – Adult: ¥16,200
  • 2-Day Pass – Child: ¥10,500

Note: When purchasing your Studio Pass, make sure to check the ticket type. There are A, B, C, D, E, and F types, and each allows entry on specific days.

Express Pass

The Express Pass is bascially USJ’s version of a Fast Pass. On Klook, you can get a USJ Express Pass for 4, 5, 7, or 8 attractions.

When booking, you’ll notice there are a many specific types to choose from within the numbered passes. Make sure to carefully check and see the inclusions for each one. For example the Express Passes for “Minecart” have different inclusions to the “Variety Theater” one.

Halloween Horror Nights

Throughout the year, USJ hosts seasonal events, with its most popular one being the Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Japan. Although you don’t need a special ticket to enjoy this event, there is the option to get a Halloween Express Pass 4 which includes rides which are limited to the horror nights.
