Cooler weather means new sake. This autumn sake festival in Aichi is all about local pride.
What happens?
27 breweries from across Aichi pour their best across two days at Hisaya Ōdōri Park. Featured breweries include Sekiya, Kintora, Kaminoi, and more.
The food stalls are as much of a draw as the drinks, with Hida beef skewers, Nagoya-style gyōza, BBQ sandwiches, grilled sweetfish, and seasonal foods on offer.
Schedule 2025
Dates for the festival are Saturday, October 4, and Sunday, October 5, from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Note that last orders will be taken at 8 p.m.
Tickets 2025
Admission is free if you’re just coming for food, but you’ll need a starter set to join the tastings.
The best deal is the Advance Starter Set, which costs ¥3,000 and includes 10 coins for tastings, an original cup, and a commemorative wristband. If you purchase on the day, the price is ¥600 more.
The cup is yours to keep and can be reused across both days.
Organizers may cancel events, alter schedules, or change admission requirements without notice. Always check official sites before heading to an event.Add to Calendar
