As if Okinawans ever needed more of an excuse to crack open a cold one, BeerFest is back for another amazing year to celebrate the best thing ever made with hops.
Now in its eighth year, BeerFest is a three-day event that brings together the best beer from Okinawa and beyond, with a special focus on craft beer. With more than 120 beers to choose from, it will be hard to choose which ones you want to sample.
Your ticket includes entrance to the event, a special aroma glass for tasting, and 12 beer tickets which you can use to sample whichever beers you like. If you run out of tickets and simply must have more, you can buy extra tickets at the venue at a price of two tickets for 400 yen. Food and snacks will also be on sale to help soak up all that alcohol.
Entrance tickets are only valid for one day of the BeerFest, not all three.
BeerFest takes place at the Times Building in Kumoji, downtown Naha, just around the corner from the Prefectural Office Monorail Station.
