This is western Japan’s largest antique fair in the heart of Kyoto.
What happens?
Held three times a year at Kyoto Pulse Plaza, the Kyoto Antique Fair features over 350 dealers from across Japan. The event showcases an extraordinary selection of vintage kimono, ceramics, samurai relics, artwork, furniture, and more. International antiques from Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia also make an appearance.
Prices range from budget-friendly ¥500 finds to museum-quality pieces. Even if you’re not looking to buy, simply walking through the venue is an experience in itself.
