Art collective NAKED, which is hosting the NAKED Hikone Castle Cherry Blossom Festival 2024, will also be turning Kyoto Station into a piece of art from March 22 to March 31.
What happens?
On the grand staircase of the JR Station building, you will find a street piano decorated in digital cherry blossom. What is special about this piano is that when someone plays it, cherry blossom art will spread on the grand staircase. At the same time, paper lanterns will light up in a cherry blossom color creating a beautiful piece of artwork for everyone to enjoy
Anyone can participate and play the piano.

How to get there?
As mentioned, the piano will be located at the grand Staircase of JR Kyoto Station. To get there, you will need to go to the 4th floor of Muromachi Square.
