Punkspring is back to electrify Osaka. This iconic festival brings together punk and emo vibes from the 70s to the early 2000s. Osaka will kick things off on Saturday, March 29, followed by the Tokyo show on March 30.
Lineup
Expect a stellar lineup of punk and emo heavyweights: Bad Religion, Yellowcard, Pennywise and the Sex Pistols featuring Frank Carter.
Tickets
General admission tickets (standing) cost ¥10,000 each.
Upgrade to a Gold Standing Ticket for ¥15,000, which includes exclusive merchandise and access to a premium viewing area. That’s ¥5,000 cheaper than the Tokyo edition of Punkspring.
How to get there
To get to Intex Osaka from Osaka Station, take the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line to Hommachi Station (about 5 minutes), transfer to the Chuo Line, and ride to Cosmosquare Station (around 15 minutes). From Cosmosquare, it’s a 5-minute walk to Intex Osaka.
Alternatively, you can take the Osaka Loop Line to Bentencho Station (10 minutes), switch to the Chuo Line, and get off at Trade Center-mae Station (15 minutes), followed by a 10-minute walk.
