Suminoe Art Beat returns to the Creative Center Osaka.
This year’s festival promises features a giant rubber duck exhibit by Dutch visual artist Florentijn Hofman, various displays by young artists, and the Kita-Kagaya Minna no Uen Festival, a market combining food, fresh produce, and crafts.

How to get there
Take the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line to Kita-Kagaya Station. Take Exit 4. From Kitakagaya Station, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the Creative Center Osaka.
