Nagoya City Science Museum is a popular science museum located in Nagoya. It’s claim to fame is that it has one of the largest planetariums in the world.

Nagoya City Science Museum has three separate buildings — the Life Science Building, the Astronomy Building, and the Science and Technology Building. Each floor of each building has a different theme, and there is also an outdoor exhibition area.

You can buy museum-only tickets for ¥400 for adults or the museum and planetarium for ¥800. If you have a day pass for the Me-Guru Sightseeing Bus, those prices are discounted to ¥360 for museum-only tickets or ¥720 for museum and planetarium tickets.
