Sengen Park is a park at the center of Noboribetsu Onsen. Water from nearby Jigokudani (Hell Valley) flows through the park and supplies a public ashi-yu bath (warm water foot bath) in the park during summer.
Sengen Park is also the venue for the annual Noboribetsu Onsen “Naked Man” Festival in winter and the Hell Festival in summer.
There is a large steam vent towards the northern end of the park.
