This is a sake brewery with a lot to offer. Opened in 2001, the brewery features various exhibition rooms, a shop, a sake bar, and more. The building itself replicates the house of Tatsuuma Etsuzō, the founder of Hakutaka.
With its vintage ambiance, this small museum is full of historical artifacts, including sake-making tools as well as household goods used by the Tatsuuma family. After learning about the brewery’s history, head to the bar to try a sampler of three Hakutaka sakes.
