A museum dedicated to the local snow expert Dr. Ukichiro Nakaya who designed the first ever artifical snow flake.
Small but beutifully designed and with great views of the often snow-covered mountains beyond the lake, this museum is an odd one, but charming. There are all kinds of explanations and tech on show as well as a look at the life of the Doctor himself.
