Shiraike Jigoku is one of Beppu’s “8 Hells”. Shiraike means “white pond” – even though the color is more blue.
Entry is 400yen or can be entered using the 2,000yen concession ticket.
Shiraike Jigoku is located next to Oniyama Jigoku and close to a cluster of “hells” including Umijigoku.
