Takamatsu is thin on the ground for decent espresso for early morning coffee shops and third wave style hipster haunts. Lima coffee certainly delivers with nice industrial style seating, a pseudo hammock and free Wi-Fi. Coffee is very reasonably priced, and you can pick up some roasted beans to sniff on your ferry ride to Naoshima.
