Lake Towada Winter Story of Light

5:30pm – 9:00pm
¥1,200 (advance sales)¥1,600 (on the door)

On the shores of Lake Towada, the venue is transformed into an illuminated winter wonderland for a period of three months in winter.

The event used to be known just as Lake Towada Winter Story, but we guess it wasn’t obvious enough that it was an illumination event, so they added “Light” to the name.

The festival runs from 5:30pm until 9pm each day.

Organizers may cancel events, alter schedules, or change admission requirements without notice. Always check official sites before heading to an event.
