A small chain with spots in Nishi Azabu (Tokyo), Kyoto and Nagoya, Gogyo Ramen offer an unusual flavour to your noodles. Cooking the dish with high heat in a flaming pan, the oil is burned to give an umami flavour to the darkened broth.

Opening Hours are split into Lunch and dinner. On weekdays these hours are from 11.30am – 3pm and then 5pm – 11pm. On weekends and holidays they are from 11.30am – 4pm and then 5pm to 11pm. Last orders are required at least half an hour before closing (sometimes an hour in the evenings).
