What’s Hakata Ramen Itten-mon?
Known for its light, flavorful tonkotsu broth and special sauces, this ramen shop lets you adjust the spice level to your liking. Choose from two special sauces: one made with green chili peppers, and the other with red.
For the base ramen, you can select from: plain ramen ¥700, soft-boiled egg ramen ¥820, and char siu ramen ¥900.
As well as ramen, there are several side dishes, including gyoza ¥450 and mentaiko rice ¥330.

Do you need reservations Hakata Ramen Itten-mon?
This ramen joint does not accept reservations. Keep in mind that there aren’t many seats inside, so it can easily fill up during lunch and dinner time.
Please note that the owners ask that you refrain from taking photos inside the shop, but you’re welcome to take photos of your food on the table.
