What’s FUK COFFEE?

Although you may initially think otherwise, the name of this chain of coffee shops actually comes from the regional code for Fukuoka, FUK. The café is themed after Fukuoka Airport, with many of the hot drinks featuring airplane latte art, or being served in cups with labels designed to look like airplane tickets.

Not only do the coffees look awesome, but they are also made with high-quality beans, which are roasted in-house. As well as your regular Americano and Latte, FUK COFFEE offers a range of speciality and seasonal drinks. You can also enjoy some delicious desserts including pudding and cream puffs. Given this creativity, drinks here tend to range from ¥500 to ¥700.

The inside of the Parks branch has a simple and clean interior, with plenty of seating. It has been thoughtfully designed as a space for travelers to meet and hang out. If you love the taste of your coffee, you can buy some to take home, along with other airplane-themed coffee merchandise.
