Ukyo has been serving up special Kaga dishes as well as seasonal sets for years and is a popular spot for a light but satisfying lunch. You can keep things simple or go for a full-on Seasonal Soba Kaiseki Course, it depends on your appetite (and your wallet). They are only open from 11 am to 3 pm and last orders are at 2.30 pm so be there in good time to get a seat.
